Hacettepe University actively participates in the Erasmus+ Programme, with a particular focus on KA2 and KA3 projects as well as Jean Monnet Actions. Through these initiatives, the University engages in multi-stakeholder cooperation with higher education institutions, research centers, private sector actors, and civil society organizations across Europe. These collaborations foster the exchange of knowledge and good practices and contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable solutions to societal challenges.
Within the scope of Jean Monnet Actions, academic activities—including courses and research—are carried out in the field of European Union studies and EU priority policy areas, contributing to the strengthening of expertise and academic capacity in this domain.
Erasmus+ is the European Union’s flagship programme supporting cooperation in the fields of education, training, youth, and sport. For the 2021–2027 programming period, the programme has been allocated a total budget of approximately €26.2 billion.
